Balagan Studio is a timeless brand which designs classic shoes and accessories, created with attention to detail and a focus on comfort, quality. The brand, established between Warsaw and Tel Aviv, bases its activities on transparency and deeply rooted values - mainly Polish craftsmanship. At the beginning of 2020, Balagan entrusted us with their image, strategy building and a comprehensive communication service.
The agency's tasks include social media and digital communication, PR activities, relations with influencers and servicing the brand's marketing activities. Creating original messages and unconventional concepts for activities to emphasize the brand’s unique character and make it stand out among other fashion brands. Focus on closeness and direct contact. Creative concepts for Balagan photo shoots and all special projects, including creative collaborations. Advise on marketing activities, creating advertisements for both Polish and foreign markets.
PR activities
Cooperation with media allowed for frequent and extensive exposure of the brand in magazines and other channels. Interviews with designers, stories about collections, presentation of new products or the backstage are some of the materials that have appeared many times in the most popular media, such as Vogue Poland, Onet, Noizz, Wysokie Obcasy, Zwierciadło, Twój Styl, Forbes or Elle. Within one year, the reach of the brand's content increased by 200%, making Balagan one of the most recognizable Polish fashion brands.
Social media service
Developing a community of ‘friends of the brand’, building relationships with influencers, organizing competitions and special campaigns, marketing activities and creative communication cycles, such as Balagan Loves Creatives and Balagan Going Places.
The most interesting ambassadors are inspiring people whose creative activity changes our daily reality. As a part of BLC we produced the photoshoots of the photoshoots and interviews. We talk about the style and backstage work with artists, activists, actresses, designers and representatives of culture who wear Balagan on a daily basis. Within this series we invited: actress Ola Domańska, music journalist Agnieszka Szydłowska, sculptor Malwina Konopacka, singer Misia Furtak, culinary journalist Basia Starecka and writer Anna Dziewit-Meller.
Balagan Going Places
A series of photoshoots carried out around the world. We invite photographers whose visual sensitivity feels close to the aesthetics of Balagan’s brand. They take new products and classic Balagan designs into the field, creating their own visual stories from different places.
#Balaganwdomu (#balaganathome) activation
#Balaganwdomu (#balaganathome) is an Instagram campaign and competition that took place in the first months of the lockdown in 2020. The prolonged quarantine and many public initiatives supporting the #StayAtHome campaign inspired us to challenge social media. We asked the Girls Following Balagan to indulge in some mess (which in Polish simply means “balagan”) and share it with us. We encouraged a distance towards the task and humor – it was an opportunity to find our own way to cope with difficult times. Moreover, we offered discounts in exchange for those inspiring pictures.
