Jassmine

The launch of a new campaign and social media service for a jazz club which shakes the music scene of Warsaw.

The Jassmine opening campaign and the first year of communication activities performed by us allowed the club to appear on the map of the local music scene.

Jassmine is a jazz club in Warsaw, located in the basement of the Nobu Hotel. An ambitious repertoire combined with excellent acoustics, unique interior and studio activities allowed to create a musical space like never before. We are responsible for the Jassmine grand opening campaign in the field of PR communication, social media and digital advertising activities. We built up Jassmine's communication channels on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn from scratch. At the same time, we supported the communication of the publishing house which inaugurated the club's activity – the album "Kwiatostan'' by the band Błoto recorded in the club's spaces. During the first year of operation, we conducted regular communications for the club.

We wanted Jassmine to be associated with an elegant, cosmopolitan, sophisticated yet accessible and open brand, one creating a narrative of music in a magnetic, charismatic way. We effectively built the brand image by conducting constant communication activities in social media and cooperating with the press.

Social media service

In just a month, we reached the public on a large scale. The result? We sold out tickets for all concerts for the first 2 months of the club's operation. We gathered a huge and dedicated audience (Facebook – over 7,000 fans, Instagram – over 3,600 followers). We built Jassmine's communication channels in SoMe from the ground up: the @jassminewarsaw profile on Instagram, a Facebook profile, YouTube channel and LinkedIn profile. In a short time, we managed to obtain a wide group of followers with efficient, organic and effective media activities. The Instagram feed visually reflects the atmosphere of the place and its vibe. It combines concert announcements, photo and video reports as well as a lively and authentic dialogue with the followers.

Jassmine appeared in the media over 80 times in various publications, including in Vogue Poland, Polityka, Gazeta Wyborcza, Onet, Newonce.net, Elle and many others.

Recorded at Jassmine

On September 10, 2020, during the opening of the club, the Błoto quartet performed at Jassmine, presenting a variation on the theme of "Kwiatostan" ("Inflorescence"). Eleven compositions of which the titles derive from flower species and which were all recorded in the still closed to the public club, at the intersection of the Koszykowa and Wilcza streets in Warsaw. The material was created as part of the Jassmine x Astigmatic Records publishing collaboration. We supported the communication of this music publisher in the media.
