"Nobody Sleeps in the Woods Tonight"
Our responsibility was to create a campaign promoting the first Polish slasher movie "Nobody sleeps in the woods tonight".
In cooperation with the OUTRAGE agency and AKSON Studio, we were responsible for the creative promotion of the movie.
Our tasks included a comprehensive communication strategy, creation of a promotional setting for the film and extensive communication, with particular emphasis on the social media campaign. We were also involved in PR activities and building the presence of this film in the media, as well as influencer activities.
We created an Instagram account @wlesiedzisniezasnienikt, where we increased the interest in the movie by bringing the characters closer to the audience. We published a series of short films based on our scenarios and recorded on the movie set. Some of them followed a Wikipedia definition of a horror or a video with the film camp manager.
Horror communication requires you to beware of spoilers. The concept is based on classic B-class horror themes from decades ago. We wanted to show audiences that this movie, while apparently "very bad", can provide them with a lot of great and bloody entertainment. Due to the target group of the production, special emphasis in the campaign was placed on social media activities and reaching influencers who have an impact on young people in the contemporary world.
