Warsaw Gallery Weekend 2023

We have been taking care of the Warsaw Gallery Weekend – an annual contemporary art festival – communication for the fifth time.

Bomaby Sapphire is one of the most recognizable gin brands in the world. However, it is much more than just a popular beverage, it is a brand whose actions are accompanied by the slogan "Stir creativity". The thought behind the slogan is to support and promote creativity. 

Bombay Sapphire entrusted us to create a concept for the project, whose main goal was to bring together the creative community, artists and their art while promoting the brand. The completed events are the beginning of a series of events that will continue in 2024.

As part of Big Idea, we proposed a campaign called ,,Sztuki mieszane", referring to the slogan - Stir creativity, the final result of which were two independent events in two Polish cities - Warsaw and Gdynia. 

The main goal of both events was to reach out to emerging artists and create a space that would allow them to present their work. Another idea was to give the creative community and fans of contemporary art an accessible way to contemplate it.

We're committed to simplifying contemporary art and presenting it as an exciting way to narrate the world around us. We employ our social media platforms to deliver a comprehensive overview of the entire event program. We thoughtfully choose our words and create visually captivating narratives. We unveil upcoming exhibitions, report on current events, and spark interest.

Preview walk

On the first day of the festival, we organized a premiere gallery tour for selected guests. Gallery owners and artists shared insights about the context of the exhibited works, and we had the opportunity to view them as the first attendees.

PR & media relations

We are responsible for the event's PR. We ensure that announcements and coverage of WGW are featured in key national and international media.

DOOH

We are present both online and on the city streets. We have created advertisements for urban displays that were visible throughout the weekend on screens in the Warsaw metro, trams, and buses.
